Andrea is a native of Kansas City and seasoned Human Resources professional who is a civic minded change agent in her own right.

With her leadership, Andrea plans to solidify a strategic plan that not only enhances existing programming but aligns with the organization’s founder, Cynthia Newsome’s, vision.

Andrea’s vision is to continue to expand the amazing work that impacts teenage girls in Kansas City and it's surrounding areas.

Donor, volunteer, board , and diversity training programs, as well as, the organization's awareness are all initial top priorities as she forges ahead with the support of the organization’s board and network.
